Submit Promise tab — after a conversation on Instagram where you promise to send something, fill in the handle, what you promised, and the type. Hit Add to Queue.

Staff Queue tab — your team checks this view. Each promise shows the handle, what to send, and current status.

Update status — staff changes the dropdown to In Progress while they're working on it, then Sent when it's done. Sent items fade out.

Filters — use the toolbar dropdowns to narrow by status or promise type so staff can focus on what's relevant to them.
